Services: All services—such as home cleaning, lighting, and installations—are non-refundable once rendered.
Lighting Materials: All materials used for Christmas lights and permanent lighting are custom cut and tailored to your home. Because of this, these materials are non-refundable once installation is approved or has begun.
Scheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
