Paver Sealing: The Key to Long-Lasting Beauty & Protection
We believe paver sealing is more than just enhancing appearance—it’s about protecting your investment. Over time, pavers are exposed to rain, sun, foot traffic, and spills, which can cause fading, shifting, and staining.
Our Approach: What to Expect
Our comprehensive sealing process ensures your pavers stay vibrant, durable, and protected while preserving their natural beauty. Whether you need new pavers sealed or existing ones refreshed, we use premium, commercial-grade sealers to deliver lasting results.
Paver sealing is a multi-step process that begins with thorough surface washing to remove dirt, stains, and buildup, ensuring a clean foundation. Once dry, we stabilize joints by applying fresh joint sand, preventing shifting and weed growth. Finally, we apply a professional-grade sealer to protect against moisture, stains, and fading, while enhancing the natural beauty of your pavers.
Customize Your Finish – Matte or Wet Look?
Your pavers, your style! Our sealing service lets you choose between:
- Natural Matte Finish – Preserves the original look of your pavers with a clean, understated appearance.
- Wet Look Finish – Enhances color depth and vibrancy, giving your pavers a rich, polished appearance.
Not sure which finish is best? We’ll help you decide based on your paver type, aesthetic preference, and maintenance goals.

Our 4-Step Process:
- Step 1: Assessment – Your free on-site service evaluation includes inspecting your pavers for stains, fading, joint stability, and reviewing previous coatings to determine the right sealing approach. At that time, we’ll also confirm your finish preferences (matte or wet look.)
- Step 2: Preparation – We deep clean the paver surface and, if needed, re-sand joints to ensure a smooth and stable foundation before sealing.
- Step 3: Sealer Application – We apply a high-performance sealer that penetrates deep to provide lasting protection and an enhanced finish.
- Step 4: Curing & Final Inspection – The sealer cures in 24-48 hours. Once set, we conduct a final quality check to ensure a flawless finish and full protection.
Maintaining Your Sealed Pavers
To prolong the life and appearance of your sealed pavers, we recommend:
Implementing a regular maintenance routine that includes gentle cleaning with pH-neutral soap and water every few months. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washing at high settings, as these can damage the sealant and underlying pavers. Reapply sealant every 2-3 years depending on foot traffic and weather exposure. Address any weed growth immediately by removing them and applying an eco-friendly weed preventative. Finally, inspect for any loose, cracked, or sunken pavers periodically and repair them promptly to prevent further damage to the surrounding areas. With proper care, your sealed pavers can maintain their beauty and structural integrity for many years to come.
